Our manufacturing facility is spread over an area of 21,800 sq. m, and situated in Bhiwadi Industrial area in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The thoughtfully designed complex has an ergonomic design and houses state-of-the-art machinery from internationally reputed companies.
Continuous process and design improvements are carried out to take production efficacy to the highest possible levels and minimize operator fatigue. The over-riding objective is to provide our customers with the finest product experience.
We also have our own wire drawing and compounding facilities equipped with the latest machinery in a separate section of our manufacturing plant.
Cords has complete testing facility to cover our range of products as well as the entire manufacturing process starting from rod-breakdown, wire drawing & compounding till the finished products.
